Monetrix ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application that aggregates and displays your AdSense, AdMob, and YouTube revenue data.
Our Core Privacy Promise: We cannot see your revenue data. All financial information is stored exclusively on your device.

Monetrix is designed with your privacy as the highest priority:
Zero Server Storage
- Your revenue data is stored ONLY on your device
- We do NOT store your earnings on our servers
- We cannot see your financial information, even if we wanted to
- No cloud storage of revenue data means no data breach risk
- Your financial information stays completely private to you
How It Works
- You authenticate directly with Google using OAuth (we never see your password)
- Google provides your device with an encrypted access token
- Your device uses this token to fetch revenue data directly from Google APIs
- All revenue data is cached locally on your device for offline viewing
- Data never passes through our servers
What We Can See
- That you've installed and are using the app
- Anonymous crash reports and error logs (to fix bugs)
- Anonymous feature usage statistics (to improve the product)
- Your email address (used for authentication only)
What We CANNOT See
- Your revenue amounts from any platform
- Your earnings history, trends, or financial performance
- Any AdSense, AdMob, or YouTube financial data
- Specific Google account details beyond your email
Information We Collect
1. Authentication Information
Google Account Authentication
- Your Google account email address
- Your Google profile name and photo (optional, for display in the app)
- OAuth access tokens (encrypted and stored securely on your device)
Important: We never see or store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google's secure OAuth system.
2. Revenue Data (Device-Only Storage)
Your device fetches and stores the following data locally:
From Google AdSense API:
- Account earnings and payment history
- Performance reports (page views, clicks, impressions, RPM)
- Top performing pages, ad units, and custom channels
- Earnings by date range
From Google AdMob API:
- App revenue and monetization metrics
- eCPM, impressions, and click data
- Mediation performance statistics
- Earnings by app and ad unit
From YouTube Data API:
- Channel statistics (subscribers, views, video count)
- Video titles, thumbnails, and metadata
- Upload dates and video duration
From YouTube Analytics API (including Monetary Data):
- Estimated revenue per video and channel
- Watch time and audience retention metrics
- Revenue by geography, device type, and traffic source
- Ad performance metrics (impressions, CPM)
- Subscription and membership revenue
Critical Note: All of this data is stored ONLY on your device. We do not have access to any of this information on our servers.
3. Usage Information (Anonymous)
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the app:
App Analytics
- Feature usage patterns (which screens are viewed most)
- App session duration
- Button taps and navigation flows
- Performance metrics (app load times, crashes)
Device Information
- Device type (iPhone model)
- Operating system version (iOS version)
- App version number
- Unique device identifier (anonymized)
- Timezone and language settings
Important: This usage data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked to your revenue data or personal identity.

Local Device Storage
Where Your Data Lives
- ALL revenue data is stored exclusively on your device's secure storage
- Data is encrypted using iOS's built-in encryption
- Data is protected by your device's security (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode)
- Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all cached data
Caching and Retention
- Revenue data is cached for up to 90 days for offline viewing
- Older cached data is automatically purged to save space
- You can manually clear all cached data in app settings
- Fresh data is fetched from Google each time you open the app
Security Measures
Data Transmission
- All communications between your device and Google use SSL/TLS encryption
- OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored in iOS Keychain (most secure storage)
- Network requests are made only to official Google API endpoints
- No revenue data is transmitted to our servers
Access Control
- Only you can access your revenue data through your device
- Monetrix staff and developers cannot view your earnings
- No remote access to your cached data
- No backdoors or administrative access to user data
Infrastructure Security
- Our minimal backend infrastructure follows industry security standards
- We use secure hosting with regular security updates
- Access to app analytics is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We conduct regular security audits
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Because your revenue data is stored only on your device, we have nothing financial to share.
Service Providers

- These services receive NO revenue data or financial information
Cloud Infrastructure
- App distribution and updates through Apple App Store
- Minimal backend services for authentication coordination
- NO revenue data storage or processing

Business Transfers

- We would transfer only the information we actually possess
- Your device-stored revenue data would not be transferred (we don't have it)
- You would be notified and given choices about your account
What Cannot Be Shared
We physically cannot share:
- Your AdSense, AdMob, or YouTube revenue data
- Your earnings history or financial performance
- Your financial account details
- Any information stored only on your device

Direct Access
Monetrix uses Google APIs to access your revenue data:
Data Flow
- Your device communicates directly with Google's servers
- Revenue data flows: Google → Your Device (not through our servers)
- We act as a "viewer" - displaying data that your device fetches
- Google's Privacy Policy also governs your use of these services

- Purpose: Retrieve your AdSense earnings and performance data

Limited Use Compliance
Monetrix complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We only request the minimum API scopes necessary for our functionality
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
- We do not allow humans to read user data unless required for security, compliance, or with explicit user permission
- Revenue data from Google APIs is stored ONLY on your device
- Data is used exclusively to display your earnings to you

Your Rights and Choices
Access and Control
View Your Data
- All your revenue data is accessible within the app
- You can export data through the app's export features
- You control what data is displayed and when it's refreshed
Disconnect Your Account
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time
- Go to Settings → Disconnect Google Account
- This stops all data fetching and deletes cached data
Revoke Google Access
- Visit: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Find "Monetrix" in the list of connected apps
- Click "Remove Access"
- This immediately revokes our ability to access your Google data
Data Deletion
On-Device Data
- Clear cached data: Settings → Clear Cache
- Uninstall the app to permanently delete all local data
- No data remains after uninstallation
Account Information
- Request deletion: Email support@monetrix.com.au
- We will delete your email and authentication records within 30 days
- Your device-stored revenue data is already under your control
Opt-Out Options
Usage Analytics
- You can disable anonymous usage tracking in Settings
- Crash reporting cannot be disabled (required for app stability)
- You can always uninstall the app

- Manage notification preferences in Settings
- Control what alerts you receive
- You can disable all notifications in iOS settings

Children's Privacy
Monetrix is not intended for users under the age of 18. Google AdSense, AdMob, and YouTube Partner Program all require users to be of legal age to participate in monetization programs.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided information, we will delete that information immediately.
International Users
